Bought coins before you added your GSTIN? You can replace a recent non-GST invoice with a GST one yourself, without contacting support.
Your GST details need to be saved and verified on your account before any invoice can be reissued. Reissuing copies those details onto the new invoice, so getting them right first matters.
Go to Settings → Company Tax Details, turn on GST registered, enter your 15-character GSTIN, and press Verify. We’ll check it and fill in your legal name and registered address automatically. Save the form once verification succeeds.
All four conditions have to be true:
• It’s less than 30 days old. Counted from the invoice date shown on the document.
• It isn’t already a GST invoice. Only invoices issued without a GSTIN can be replaced.
• It hasn’t been reissued before. Each invoice can be reissued once. A replacement invoice can’t itself be replaced.
• It hasn’t been cancelled or refunded. Refunded purchases already have a credit note against them.
1. Open your invoices
Go to Settings → Invoices. You’ll see every invoice and credit note on your account, newest first.
2. Find the invoice
Check the date and document number to make sure it’s the right one. Reissuing can’t be undone.
3. Select the reissue option
In the Actions column, choose the circular-arrows button next to the download button. If it’s greyed out, hover over it — the tooltip tells you exactly why.
4. Confirm
A dialog explains what will happen. Select Reissue Invoice to go ahead.
5. Check your email
The new invoice usually arrives within a few minutes. Refresh the invoices page to see the updated documents in your list.
A reissue produces three changes. All of them appear in Settings → Invoices.
• Your original invoice is replaced. Marked as cancelled. If you download it again, the PDF is stamped to show it’s been reissued.
• A credit note is added. Cancels out the original invoice in your records, so nothing is counted twice.
• A new GST invoice is added. Same purchase and same amount, now carrying your GSTIN, legal name and place of supply.
Your money and coins don’t change. Reissuing only replaces paperwork. You aren’t charged again, nothing is refunded to your card, and your coin balance stays exactly the same.
Hover over the greyed-out button to see the reason. Here’s what each message means.

Nothing to do — your GSTIN is already on it. Download it and use it as-is. |

This is the replacement from an earlier reissue. If the details on it are wrong, contact support. |
|
This invoice has already been cancelled, refunded or reissued. |
It’s no longer the active document for that purchase. Look for the newer invoice or credit note in the same list. |

A reissue is
already in progress for this invoice.

It’s being processed now. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. |
Usually a few minutes. The new invoice is emailed to your registered address as soon as it’s ready, and both new documents appear in your invoices list.
Not in one action, but you can start each one separately. Reissue them one at a time and wait for each confirmation email.
No. Existing invoices are never changed retroactively. Reissue any that are still within the 30-day window if you need them under the new GSTIN.
Check your spam folder first, then refresh the invoices page. If the original still shows as paid and no new documents appeared, the reissue didn’t complete — try again, and email support@selyst.com if it fails a second time.
Email support@selyst.com with the invoice number and your GSTIN. The 30-day limit applies to self-service only — our team can reissue older invoices for you.
Still stuck? Email support@selyst.com with your invoice number and we’ll take a look.
