At Selyst, we know that not every lead goes according to plan. While we work hard to ensure only high-quality leads are shared with sellers, mistakes can happen.

Why some requests may be declined
You can request a coin return if:
The contact number or email is invalid or unreachable
The buyer did not request the service shown in the lead
The buyer clearly stated the request was a mistake or they are not looking to hire
The lead is a duplicate of one you’ve already paid for
The job was cancelled before any communication could happen
Coin return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing the lead.

Briefly explain the issue and attach any proof (screenshots, call logs, etc.) if available.
Our team reviews every request and aims to respond within 48 hours.
We may not approve your request if:
The lead passed all of Selyst’s standard quality checks
You made contact but didn’t convert the project
You responded late, and the buyer hired someone else
The buyer was reachable, even if they didn’t respond
You raised the request after the 14-day window
All coin returns are handled at Selyst’s sole discretion as specified in the Seller terms. Misuse of the system may result in limits on future return eligibility.
